Super-Dark Gaga

If Gaga decided to show off her songwriting skills by going very dark and emotional, very creative still, but her imagery also went a bit more goth-rock-pop than anything else we've been used to... would you be here for it?

I was watching lyric videos on youtube for inspiration for an album I'm writing - the theme is dark fairytale - and was watching some evanescence stuff for inspiration... it's finally clicked that I am dreaming of a world where Gaga lets the Amy Lee part of her out like a screaming monster of pain and power. It's what's been missing - the emotional connectivity, depth, even piano skills & the rock edge of a Gaga who'll just rock the hell out like she used to all the time, hair all over and makeup smeared to hell and back.

Seriously, if this were Gaga material, wouldn't you just be in awe?

Perhaps she could work with Amy Lee for a big epic power ballad. Amy Lee & Gaga is a powerful duo. Goodness me.

Something else i'd like to see Gaga take "inspiration" from (haha) as she likes do get 'inspired' so much, is the classical piano that Matt Bellamy sticks into shows performed by Muse. It's truly inspirational to watch classical music captivating a roaring crowd of rock music fans.

Mesmerising, and not at all out of the realms of possibility. Perhaps she could rehearse something along these lines and smash it at the Grammy's nexy year?

Is this a Gaga we'd be into?

I mean legit dark. Princess DIE was on the right track, but the rest of her 'dark' stuff really just wasn't. TEOG was probably verging on dark but then turned out to be really poppy and feel-good.

I don't want depressing emo suicide tracks...sorry. Plus, if that's the music Gaga puts out...it's usually a reflection she's not happy. We know this for a fact. The albums reflect how Gaga feels.

The closest thing to a goth track that she's done is Bloody Mary and that was amazing!

You guys know nothing about emo. The emo trend isn't about being sad and wanting to die. The trend now is being sad but realizing there's hope.

On topic...i made a thread similar to this one and i got bashed so hard. Sad music can still be hopeful. Hell, she could write a song about how she was so suicidal but taylor and Tony saved her. Something like that.
