NewYorkCity 10,536 Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 So, I was having a shower and thinking about this ( ) We all thought that she wanted to dedicate the album to Lüc (even tho she posted it was for LM, but yeah, could be both). We thought it was in a romantic way... but, I have thought about all the things she said that Lüc told her: You will never be famous, your music is bad... And what she told him: someday, you will not be able to drink a coffee without seeing my face o listening to me ( btw). What if she wanted to dedicate what she knew that was going to be her most succesfull album, right after her peak, when everyone was talking about her... what if it was some kind of "shade" (don't come to me for using this word, please, it is just to explain myself better). You know, like that Brooklyn Nights song? she knew those relationships with Luc wouldn't go any further, but she still had a special place in her heart even after all the awful things he did and said to her. I think it's ver clear that Lüc held a prominent role in both her life as well as her influences and inspirations at this period in time.
