I'm not a fan of her looks from 2008 - 2009 but in my opinion she looked her most ugliest in the ARTPOP era. i agree. once the era ended she started to change up her look. end of BTW era was pretty good too. However, if she wants to look pretty all the time, she can. It's just that she doesn't give a damn about what people think of her that makes her look old and cringy sometimes.
