I thought it was pretty scandalous that the daily mail mentioned Swine and Gaga's Howard Stern interview.

I couldn't dislike Rob any more though.

Even Daily Mail knows...and we're suppose to have a pity party for this scum.

No , the journalist at Daily Mail is putting those incidents in the article to show a fair and balanced view.

There is so much we don't know, but please, let's not resort to calling either side names.

I walk the thin line of respecting both of these people because I love their art.

You are of course entitled to your opinions! :)  I don't mean to belittle that.

I just was offering my own.

Do YOU own the 4' by 6' Perfect Illusion promo Poster? Will pay you for it. Pic: http://i.imgur.com/UWuzumk

If you get evidence or confirmation that he did it, will you still respect him? Is it not allowed to show disgust towards a man who uses Gaga's name till this day for promo, who called her ugly, who sued her for money, who says one thing to Gaga fans but another thing to other media?

Can you see this quote:

He claims Gaga's 'highly inflammatory' words made jury members hate him so much they didn't take the rest of the evidence into account.

Why do you think Gaga spoke like this to jury? Why do you think she hates him? She is such a kind person, she must have a pretty big reason.

If we could call Jenniferella a "hood-rat" and make jokes about her, why is he special? He is the same to me.

I respect you Chica, but not him.

I am more and more convinced that Rob was actually THAT producer.. Just look how hypocritical he is. He continues to attack Gaga in order to get money.. He continues to claim that they were a couple, but calls her ugly. Why would he be in a romantic relationship with someone who is ugly in his eyes? He's a real d-bag who always used Gaga for his benefit.

And the fact that Gaga spoke badly about him on a trial says a lot. She would never say bad things about people she respects.

He's forever involved in some sort of court battle.

I don't feel sorry for him though. He should have gotten everything in writing, and shouldn't have left Wendy in the lurch since he had an agreement with her to split profits. I think he is just very messy and not particularly smart.

@Bebe did Chica changed your title?

Look's like it. Oh well

Doesn't really matter, that is part of his complaint. According to him "highly inflammatory words" also played though. So he does seem to blame her.

He claims Gaga's 'highly inflammatory' words made jury members hate him so much they didn't take the rest of the evidence into account.

...

Fusari tried to stop Gaga testifying, saying she had previously made statements that 'impermissably [sic] attack Fusari's character in general.'

....In her deposition, Gaga said her first deal with Fusari, 45, had him taking half of all her future earnings. She called the contract 'very one-sided and very daunting and concerting for a young female artist.'

'I really wanted to move forward with my music career,' she added. 'But I remember I was advised very early that the terms of the agreement were not normal.

She said she was offered other deals but Fusari used 'many inappropriate words to threaten her. 'He dangled the paperwork in front of me until he got me signed.

So he used "inappropriate words to threaten her".

Poor Gaga. Things she had to go through because of this man...

I think you have it wrong. I don't think he wants the money, he wants to not have to PAY the money.

Can you really blame him? He doesn't have the $7.3 million to pay her, do you really think touring with RuPaul's show will earn him that? Of course he wants the $7 million erased if possible, that's a hell of a lot of money. He should have had things very clear and in writing with all of these women and their managers in the first place... Poor guy. If any of you did half the research I did , you would be seeing that this guy is more to be pitied than scorned.

It's not Gaga's fault directly either -- she can't help being as famous as she is, so of course most people know about her! It's a catch 22.

Poor guy? I think you're deluded because he's so polite (and obviously duplicitous) to you in your interviews with him. He benefited all these years from not having the agreement on paper. There's no doubting that he thought it would be impossible for Wendy Starland to claim what she was owed or win a lawsuit without it. So this was actually hell for Wendy, who deserves what she was owed years ago. That's why Gaga's testimony was so important. If he doesn't have the 7.3m to pay her, that's it's his fault / problem and another setback for Wendy.

He's upset with Gaga because now he has to pay up and he's retaliating by making media rounds to belittle her character and bring up hurtful and personal information like their "relationship". If any of you can't tell by now that it wasn't a relationship for Gaga and that this man took advantage of her then I just don't know what to say anymore.

No double jeopardy though, once the case has been ruled you simply can't get a retrial because you feel like the outcome was unfair

I think he's going for an appeal on the basis that her deposition should have been inadmissible ? Not likely he'll get one though.
