I accidentally looked at the eclipse directly for a second will I be okay??? 

​I also did too, nothing should happen. When you look at a sun, you normally squint your eyes because the sun is too bright. But, during an eclipse, you don't squint eyes because there isn't anything that bright, but there are is still UV radiation / lights / whatever

But in general I do not see what's the fuss about.

I have witnessed eclipse once before for each.

So I think that is enough.

Strange, in my area it wasn't reported or discussed at all. 

it looked even better from space tbh

This is the best picture I could take. Kinda disappointed

This photo somehow looks like an eye... the lighting makes it resemble an iris and pupil with the moon looking like a glare in the center of the pupil.  I know it's not, but... it really does resemble an eye.
