Of all the Liberals this is the one of the few that I really can't stand 'at all' The 'penalty' he wants to impose will automatically be imposed at the ballot box. Most people will vote on imporetant topics (we hope) and Conservative oil company lap dogs will likely have a tough time of it.. Secondly, his 'Carbon trade' idea is pure **** ... it doesn't solve the problem and gives polluters a way out rather than forcing them to cut pollution. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
