Guys, I don't think its Madeon that didn't deliver, I think it's just that Gaga picked the songs that didn't shine his producer talents. Seriously, I can only hear bits of his signature sound in MJH or Gypsy. He normally produces INSANE complex EDM tracks that are psycadelic and are like, an aphrodisiac to my ears. I bet there's some more songs they worked on that didn't make the cut that possibly sound more appealing to fans.

I don't think complex edm would've worked. Gaga's vocals wouldn't have shined.

Maybe. Maybe not. Listen to Pay No Mind by Madeon, Home by Madeon, or Finale by Madeon. Insane tracks, but he seems to respect vocals and let's them carry the track respectfully as well.

Madeon is ok. I'm not into his music, but his productions do seem a tad more interesting than Zedd's. He's a little green, so there's always the possibility that he'll become great someday. That said, I'd be more interested in seeing her work with more experienced producers.

Completely agree with this  If she does decide to work with him again though, I wouldn't mind and would probably still enjoy it a lot

He literally produced her two best songs? I'm PRAYING for anyone who said no.

I'm completely here for a whole collab album TBQH.

In an interview he said it was one of his dreams to produce a full collab album with Gaga.

I don't know. :(

Gaga is always improving and looking for a more mature sound. I feel like Madeon did more to ARTPOP than Zedd, Madeon gave his best to Gaga while Zedd just didn't care enough to create something new.

I agree.

First, Venus was produced by Lady Gaga herself, Madeon barely touched it. Second, Mary Jane Holland was too noisy and kind of was overproduced. Third, Gypsy only appealed to me when it was in the acoustic forms.

I would prefer Zedd who made G.U.Y., Aura and Donatella any time over him.

To be fair, Aura was infected mushroom and Donatella was made b4 ARTPOP.

My ideal production dream team for LG5 is a Team of 3

RedOne (for the commercial yet experimental sound him and Gaga have developed)

Giorgio Moroder (for an experimental disco sound)

Shellback (for a commercial mainstream sound that will slay the GP)

The first two producers are already on board for the next album , so hope that Gaga and Shellback happens, if not I wouldn't mind Madeon

and if Gaga wants to go EDM or Electropop on the next record she should seek Maya Janes Coles (a female producer powerhouse whom Nicki sampled on truffle butter)

Yeah, a couple of songs would be nice. If EDM has any more chances on the charts, it would be Madeon-style EDM. I would rather his production to be on a fan favorite album cut than a single though.

I'm aware of that but Zedd contributed a lot to Aura as well, isn't it? Anyway, I don't see the point of when Donatella was produced, I was just mentioning that Zedd was the producer of it, and despite the hate that Donatella receives, it gave me goosebumps at a lot of times.
