It is a mostly condo building that will cost over $1 billion to construct. The building will also include an 8 floor shopping mall and 10 underground floors for unspecified purpose (presumably parking) The building is to be 318M tall (a little over 1000 feet) and would be the second tallest structure in Toronto after the CN Tower Toronto City Council Counsel has denied some major projects as of recently including "triplet condos" that were suppostu be even taller than this one due to "lack of practicality" However this building is proposed to be built in a major intersection near other skyscrappers and is next to two major subway stations making it likely to be seen as practicle.
