Didymus 34,380
I remember this era so well omg, it was really when I became a fan, because of that amazing video. I agree that this was probably her most defining single era in terms of showing the world exactly who she could be. Bad Romance confirmed that, but the idea is in Paparazzi. Hewkah 48
Paparazzi was, without a doubt, an incredible moment in Gaga's earlier career. It was so iconic and artistic. Paparazzi saw a stark change in Gaga - and that's when we saw the darker side, and it was only a taster of what was to come. Paparazzi was the starter meal of Bad Romance in a sense; it gave us a small insight into Gaga's future performances. Paparazzi is probably my favourite song of all time. I've got a play count of 8712 on my iTunes. I will never truly know how Gaga wrote such a master piece, but I'm so happy to have been around and bask in its greatness when it first became a single. yASSsss 35,510
Paparazzi was the First Gaga song i fell in love with instantly, even though i'd heard Just dance and Poker Face before. Its so hard not to love this song there was a friend of mine who acted all joke type and used to say i don't like female singers at all, used to play all hip-hop kinda music but I saw him many times playing Paparazzi in the class with full volume so,i agree with u here Call me by your name and I'll call you by mine
Mills 446
Yes. It is, if not the most memorable one rivalled only by Bad Romance and Telephone. There's nothing to nitpick about how the single was handled - from the performances to the music video to her 'look' at that time. It's the only single era when all of her televised performances are among my top 10 favorites from her yet. Too many great memories. And that acoustic performance was the one that made me a fan. That voice! So compelling!
