The federal court would disagree with you. You people forget the facts that reverse the "obvious truth". you all realize that gaga saw Rob publicly so many times after they split? She said the rapist was in a store when she was too. She said she saw him once, and froze... Whatever, so tired of all the hate to him. Gaga should have just reported it. Most victims don't report it. You know why? Because of the attitudes we see towards them and the one you are displaying here. It always comes down to blaming the victims and the victims have gone through enough! They don't need the blame along with the shame they are already feeling. She's essentially confirmed it, but without actually saying the words. ​Or maybe using his position as leverage. She was an unknown with little or no money. You can call that abusive or using her desire for fame as a way to get into her pants. Its not uncommon really, some people are kinda blackmail minded. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. I'd especially question the integrity of an administrator who allows his moderators to publish interviews with a man who he unequivocally believes raped Lady Gaga. Considering the limited amount of information we have, I'm choosing not to speculate one way or the other. It's distasteful and possibly slanderous. It's disrespectful to Gaga and could even be quite triggering to look at should she ever see these threads. It's amazing enough that Gaga found the strength to simple reveal her experience to the world and I don't think she would've done so if she knew her fans would spend their days speculating about such events. Regardless of that, he is still a shady person. Those two bipolar interviews he gave recently prove that. - Also, what was an engaged, middle-aged man doing with a 19 year-old girl he was supposed to be helping in the first place? The power deferential between the two at the time was completely in his favor. If his claims of it being consensual are true it's still shady and in poor taste. It reminds of those perverted old men in the entertainment business who use the casting couch to their advantage.- In 2012 he had a meltdown on twitter dragging her, then a year later when she was supposed to testify in Wendy Starland's lawsuit against him he suddenly had a change of heart and started praising Gaga. Coincidence? It's a very convenient one if it isAll in all, he has proven himself to be an erratic, untrustworthy person when it comes to his opinions on Gaga.
