Rap females just struggle to get respect and it's wrong. Just like pop females and rock females too. Men have a much easier ride in the music industry, that much is clear. And it's good to hear her address the racist tweets and it's great to know now that they were all fake because it was always one fly in the ointment for me. I think she's really strong to keep on trucking despite so many people giving her grief for having a career. If I were her, I'd have my head buried in my pillow every night, sobbing my heart out. But he is the perfect little man for angry little men to love. Sorry, as you can see, I completely and utterly cannot stand him and I do not get his mass appeal. A lot of it glorifies murder and gang violence. A lot of what Eminem raps is a part of a creative character he came up with, whereas a lot of other rappers who rap about murder/gang violence have actually partaked in that stuff. Eminem certainly had his advantages due to the colour of his skin, it's something he addressed in his work and it's something that has been discussed.Eminem has never created a caricature of what black culture is, he gravitated towards hip-hop music that expressed anger, feelings of being dis-enfranchised, and struggles that he could relate to. He went about it the hard way and immersed himself in the music and entered freestyle competitions in Detroit. He clearly works on his craft extremely hard and expresses himself and his life in his music.Iggy is somebody who claims they love Tupac and then puts on an inauthentic accent, got butt implants, started twerking and acting like a crude stereotype of a black woman. She can't even freestyle and doesn't have the skills that thousands of black girls around do.To add to that she refuses to even consider her skin colour is even remotely related to her success and sprouts ignorance every time she talks.
