Pandora 162 Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 I got to the Dallas show at 1 am last night and it was amazing. We had so much luck during the show! Rob was aware that my friend and I were first and I'm assuming he told Lana who we were and that we brought a Texas flag (which he said she would love if we threw on stage). It was so epic all night. -As soon as she came on stage, she pointed to us (must've seen the flag) -At the end of Cola, she grabbed my hands to walk down the stairs and then came to hug me and take a picture with me (meanwhile, apparently you could hear my dying over the speakers cause she had the mic up to me sort of) -SHE KISSED ME -She signed my copy of Born to Die before she ever got to National Anthem (the big part where she signed so many things) -She took our flag and wrapped herself in it, and despite other fans throwing things, she only took our flag off stage with her And just throughout the show she directed so much attention to me. And that sounds so conceited but it was true! Other fans described it as "wrapped around my finger". She would talk to me and randomly grab me or hug me. And at one point she came over to me to talk and I told her were West Coast debuted and it made her so happy. I'm still in shock. ****. paul 687 Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Yes, we had found out right before the show started and a song like that debuting at #17 is pretty huge... She was really appreciated we had told her. She told us how amazing it was. Seemed genuinely happy. At my show she went up and down half of the first row to meet fans! I understand, don't worry I wasn't criticising what you said I was just shocked! It's not that I don't think you should've mentioned it, but it's not the first thing that'd pop into my head! Batwings 12,909 Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 I saw Lana at Champions Square in New Orleans last night. The show was WONDERFUL! I had such a blast. She's so adorable in person! Her stage presence has definitely improved over the years. But holy ****, the crowd was annoying. So many people were there solely to socialize and acted as if they didn't care about the concert at all, and the air was pungent with the smell of weed. (I don't care if people choose to partake, but I hate the smell of it). Overall, though, I enjoyed it and would do it again. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
