(Even though we are apart, I still care) What's the meaning? In my interpretation, she means everyone wants to be free/happy but the guy she likes has that without even trying. He makes her fell that way too, but they are not toguether anymore, so she feels like there's no point in talking about it ("I don't even know what I'm saying"). It's probably more obvious in Kill Kill, Dark Paradise and even Burning Desire and Body Electric. When she sings about not being able to be together, I kind of assume it's about the same person. Body Electric is my favorite Lana song of all time, and yet I'm still not sure of a meaning behind the song. I have about five million speculations on what it's about though. 'We don't need nobody, 'cos we got each other, or at least I pretend' It makes me think that she's clinging on to what used to be. 'I go about the world like I'm having fun' There are similarities with Burning Desire too, which is why it makes me think Burning Desire is about trying to keep the memory alive.
