i understand how they feel, I've spent the last 4 years studying art history and working in an art gallery Im disgusted by her actions, if that was someone in my gallery they would be asked to leave, but i guess this just proves that she knows nothing about art.

also i understand that some of you don't think its a big deal, just know that is incredibly disrespectful to the gallery and the public of Florence because this art is an integral part of their history

Not all that big a deal if she was a regular person, a much bigger deal as a celebrity, when she is representing her country and sharing these photos with her millions of followers. The tower and the statue aren't all that bad but the painting? That was just...ever so mean. Venus is covering herself with her hands - it's not like she was explicitly naked. So, why the grossed out expression? That was the only one that was truly disrespectful.

The fact the media have picked up on this is a sign that Katy's fortunes are definitely changing. This kind of thing is usually only done when the media really want to bring you down. 2014 wasn't exactly her year with 2 flop singles in a row and 2015 isn't shaping up much better. We're only 2 months into the year and already her Superbowl show got slammed, she didn't win any Grammys and now this. In contrast, Gaga's luck has been on the rise: an RIAA gold certified album, a Grammy and a worldwide praise for an Oscars performance. The parallels between Prism and BTW are undeniable. It's actually happening. I think the next albums from these two will genuinely be the time when the tables turn.

The fact that y'all got this thread to 13 pages with over 240 replies is actually embarrassing.

And your post helped out too. It's considered unusual for a thread to have so many replies, is it? I'm actually pleased to find we can still get hit threads and lots of people online when Gaga hasn't had a solo album out since 2013.

I understand how this could be offensive to the countries/people that are very proud of these pieces of art, it's not that big of a deal though. People make such big deals about everything nowadays.

Did you hit post too early? Because I'm shocked that there's not 5 paragraphs to round off your thoughts on my post.

I haven't spoken to you in years but I'm still aware that we don't get along and you're aware of this. I avoid your posts and avoid replying to you because I know you have issues with me, so I figured it'd make things easier for us both if I simply ignore you. Yet you come in this thread, quote me and try and come at me? I kindly ask you not to quote or reply to me in the future, thanks!

YOU SUMMED IT UP PRETTY WELL!

THE PEOPLE/MEDIA COMPLAINING ARE THE PEOPLE FROM THAT COUNTRY!!!

It's comments and gifs like that that is partly the reason why we didn't get along. Just so you know, making fun of how long my posts are is really old news. I think people are finally catching on that there's nothing original or witty about bringing it up anymore.

Normally, I wouldn't have replied either, but I just couldn't resist here. I find it hard not to point out hypocrisy and superiority complexes. I like to think little things like this make us even. I find it funny how you tell me not to talk to you as if I was the one who started it, when it was all you. And you were the one who didn't want to make up when I gave you the chance. So, whatever, if we don't have to talk, it's fine by me.

Pathetic. I'm Italian and I feel very embarrassed for her. She's acting like some idiotic teenager, in a desperate attempt to be funny. Guess it worked with silly young teenagers... her main audience.

Drag ha, i really felt uncomfortable watching those photos tbh, i mean, i'm 30 years old like her & it was really immature & stupid, she's not a spoiled kid anymore
