Does this justify this violence in your mind? How does that affect you or any non muslim? Just explaining why things may be getting tense in Texas. Opposing it may be illberal, but it's way less dumb than Muslims killing over cartoons in Europe, Happened against today. When 3 young Muslims are killed in pretty obvious hate crime by white American, that is not dumb nor terrorism. Things are getting tense in Texas and generally in USA because of intolerant assholes and open anti-muslim rhetorics on Fox News and from conservative politicians. craig 680 Posted February 14, 2015 Share Posted February 14, 2015 It's not an "obvious" hate crime, it's an ambiguous case, because he was a generally hateful guy, the parking dispute was a big motivating factor, and you don't target your neighbor if you want to make a symbolic attack to intimidate all Muslims. Hopefully, this will show not to draw offensive caricutures of religious figures. Such figures are sensitive, especially to Muslims. That's from the other thread. Why it any worse if Americans decide that Sharia law in any form is intolerable on US soil? You'd be mad if someone used the "hopefully it will teach" line here. Why don't you blame Isis and the various Muslims who perpetrated terrorist acts recently? You really think it takes a lot of spin, beyond the facts, to make make Islam look bad and threatening? And FBI gets involved and Obama gives statement for every murder that involved a parking dispute? He had to execute all 3 of them over a parking space? Why he wouldn't target and obvious muslim neighbours? It's a clear message to Muslim community in America. What does that quote have to do with me? Dealing between two muslims in a divorce process has nothing to do whatsoever with you or safety of any American. No one is even obligated to obey them in any way. Because you have to be really dumb to know that ISIS is not Islam and vice versa. Craig Hicks hated all religions but posted "remember your religion started this, not me" on his FB profile. He was hateful towards these people before while flashing his gun. He hated hearing Arabic. He doesn't have to be conservative Christian to believe everything what is said on Fox. Rupert Merdoch, owner of Fox, said all Muslims have to apologize for the terrorists. ALL. Californian politician talks about ISIS with hashtag #standagainstislam, right after these youth were killed.
