I Didn't Think ArtRAVE Was That Great

the show didn't look that great from the floor, which is weird. I was just behind the bridge. like in front of where she always did her Venus speech. So I couldn't really see the screen...I could see what was going on in the front stage kind of. But yeah, the show had no theater like her other shows. I think if you got the full light show from the seats it made more sense.

I was seated and it was ****ing intense. It was a concert to be seated at to fully enjoy it. I stood at the Monster Ball and I felt the same amount of joy from seating at the Artrave as I did TMB. Granted I am getting old now. 105 Years of age, and being a Vamp Queen, it is hard to stand at concerts these days!

Artrave Was just sheer fun and we were practically part of the whole thing. It was a party we shared with her. I don't think you can compare to BTWB tbh.

Gosh I've never been happier than at my artraves

Fun factor: artRAVE > Monster Ball

Wow moments: Monster Ball > artRAVE

Overall, being to both, I much preferred the artRAVE.

Well I disagree pretty strongly.  I was front row and center at the Milwaukee show (no catwalks) and it was ****ing amazing.  I didn't think it looked that cheap to be honest at all, but to each their own. The lighting at the artRave is hands down the best lighting she's ever had for a tour to be honest.

Only thing that sucked was the cheap poor audio system

that would have been your venue's problem not ArtRAVES.

The artRAVE was extremely well done in my opinion. Especially since it was her comeback tour after the cancellation of the BTWB and the hip break. In my opinion it wasn't the best tour that she has done, but it was certainly not cheap. I feel the artRave and the Monsterball are on the same level for me. They are both equally amazing, they have a similar stage, one being new york and the colour black, and one being on the planet venus and being white. But overall I think the Born This Way Ball was my favourite tour. The stage had so many details that you couldn't see on in the videos fans took. The Born This Way Ball obviously had more money poured into it, but the artRAVE was defiantly not cheap.

I went to The Monster Ball, The Born This Way Ball and The ArtRAVE.

I really did not enjoy The ArtRAVE anywhere near as much as her other two tours. I would not say The ArtRAVE was cheap, it was just lazy. The thing I enjoy most about Lady Gaga concerts is the creative ways she manages to convey her songs on stage, and give them visual meaning. The ArtRAVE did not really have this for me. Lots of lights, lots of confetti, lots of tacky outfits... But no substance, in my opinion.

The Born This Way Ball was my favourite Lady Gaga concert. That was my favourite show I ever attended, until I saw Kate Bush last year. Before The Dawn blew everything out of the water.  :worship:
