I believe that this is the song Oscars often do tributes for classic movies/stars, and The Hunting Ground hasn't even been released yet, let alone been nominated for any Oscar. The year before that Shirley Bassey performed Goldfinger for the 50 year anniversary of James Bond movies... I guess it will be something similar to that.
