Beck wrote and produced his album by himself, he can play 14 instuments, meanwhile Beyonce has like 20 producers and songwriters, and probably can't play any instruments! This has nothing to do with which album is better though? The award is for best album i.e. album with the highest quality music, not which artist can play the most instruments. He should have given his Grammy to Beyonce." I'm pretty sure it was a joke, he pretty much did a parody of himself if he was serious he would have actually taken the mic But that's not to say he doesn't think Beyonce should have won it instead of Beck. It is amazing but its influence has not been felt and what she did was not original. iamamiwhoami did it way before Beyoncé and they weren't even nominated for a Grammy Yes, BEYONCÉ is okay but if Miley or Rihanna did this, they'd be seen as try hards whereas people are only freaking out about BEYONCÉ because they associate Beyoncé with such words as "fierce" and "queen" thus they stereotype her work to be as such when really, it isn't Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
