But don't try to disminish Katy's effort just because of this. She did great, her vocals were more than decent. People in the audience (real musicians) gave her a standing ovation and real music experts are prasing her in the press. Sia Saturday Night Live and Bridesmaids vet (and forthcoming Ghostbusters star) Kristen Wiig was the celebrity on hand to act out Sia's "Chandelier." Sia's video vets Maddie Ziegler and Shia LaBeouf were also there, the former to dance and the latter to read some poetry (or whatever). Their set was astounding, and Wiig's dancing was surprisingly on point. You gotta give it up for Sia -- she comes up with a unique twist on the "Chandelier" live performance every time. Sorry, Gaga, this is the real Pop Art. Seriously, EVERYONE is talking about these performances & I haven't seen a SINGLE article praising Katy the whole day. She was literally the worst performer of the night. They HAVE GOT to be kidding...except they're not. They are just proving once again how unprepared and biased they are. Musically, Perry's vocals were 100 percent on point -- it's nice to remember there's an incredible vocal talent behind her candy-coated image. Well in any case, I think M was truly great and I loved it :) This. She was singing. Annie Lennox stole the show. She was amazing, as was John Legend and Common. Sia had the best performance, I'm tired of people over rating beyonce over anything she does. Meh. I love Sia, but I'm over the same theme from her music video.
