Thanks OP for this nice thinking, Gaga may be a bumpy ride sometimes, but it's fun, interesting and not boring.

 

 

We aren't "unbalanced" in any way if we choose to only share one side of the story.  But I personally think it would be nice for GGD to be a relative oasis in amongst all the rest of internet crap that targets Gaga, and so I choose to add only (ok, mostly) my positive view points.

 

it is possible to make the choice to concentrate on what you like about an artist, and just let the other stuff go.  Looking for the positive tends to make life more enjoyable.  Time is short, why waste it reinforcing negative stuff in your mind?  

I agree completely, I tend to enjoy what I like with Gaga, no time to waste otherwise. I could never understand the whining and complaining polluting this site.

Being in this fanbase for the last couple years was really hard with all that negativity. Little monster is a metaphor, but some of us here are the real monsters for Gaga. It makes me happy, that there still is a place for threads like this in GagaDaily.

Vocals quality isn't the only factor that matters to me. There was a time when Gaga had vocal talent AND creativity, ARTPOP made me realize that she lost the latter and I really hope she gets her sh*t right for the next record because I don't care about an empty artist with a pretty voice. She has serious problems in terms of confidence (she can be way too confident as much as she can have a very low self esteem, depends on what happens in her life I guess) and I just want her to follow her ideas as she used to before the BTW backlash.

Read the OP again. You seem to think I'm talking only about her voice, when that is not the case. ARTPOP is just as much an outlier of the pop sphere as her other works, but the timing wasn't on her side. That album could have come from no one else. The years will be very kind to it, I am confident in that.

Hopefully her next piece will be more to your liking.

No thanks. The funnest part of being a fan is the wait while Gaga writes more quality music. I don't want quality musicians cranking out music every year just to stay relevant. Ya Rihanna has lots of hit's but she's not nearly as nostalgic as Gaga. I can't name half of Rihanna's albums.
