All those silly jokes about her eating cheetos and turning a man into a dog... eh, it's one of the cringiest things ever. Yet the outfits, makeup and visuals in general are amazing, and don't come with that lame 'green screens' excuse. Digital animation is definitely a form of art (not Katy's effort though) Still damn awesome.
