But this is still a weak excuse for the messed up American promo. Isn't it Bobby's task to properly plan things, if he can't even manage a perfume the next album promo will be interesting. Not wanting to do something is not "a weak excuse." She doesn't want to do it and that's it. This "she needs to do promo" mentality that a lot of fans have is such a clown fest. Get a grip.
