I remember it was on german TV (ZDF) and that it was the first time (if I remember correctly) that Gaga really went eccentric (the "Kermit" outfit came afterwards, I think). I can hardly remember this interview sadly, it was so long ago - all I know is that you could only here her voice and I was always thinking how bizarre it was and I loved her for doing that. She's challenging with such performance acts, I love it! EDIT: The picture is from the site of a former Gaga friend who betrayed her terrible, so I censored his name since I think he doesn't deserve it tbh.
