She mentioned girl power (Girls Just Wanna Have Fun is seen as a girl power anthem) and she mentioned this person deserves her chance to shine again, (which to me could be seen as Katy calling whoever it is a has been who is going to take to a big stage event again. Think she could have chosen her words better on that one...) Now this She is So Creepy song. I can just hear her saying, "And now for Cydni Lauper!
