Again: that have its own laws and rules. 

I'm sure she gets that, besides driving on a suspended license, she was willing to follow the protocol, she just asked for a small request that was denied with no explanation. She still agreed to have her picture taken in front of male officers either way. She has all right to contest the decision under her constitutional rights.

This has to be proven, it's her word, probably the police had a motivation if they really act like that. 

We'll see how this is gonna end, but we can't say for sure that she is on the right or in the wrong away either way.
