She's struggled with eating disorders time and time again, and still gets called out by "fans" and haters for being "too fat" or "too thin". Maybe this is a way to keep her mind in tack - to prove to people she's working to be healthy and working past her issues. People were so quick to judge based on the previous photoshopped work-out pic, that they didn't take the time to a--lyze why she did it. She's not superficial.
