I don't know why they're apologizing. They still keep going on and on and on about no go zones in other European countries, especially France as of late, even showing a map of where they are where "people will openly walk around with Osama Bin Laden shirts and listen to terror radio stations." Even though all of that has been proven false

Wonder if they'd have apologized if it didn't become such a storm on the internet and people didn't drag them for it :smh:

Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn

They still have to apologize for their Paris comments. They apologized for Birmingham because the British government asked for it, but the French government hasn't said anything so far, so French channel Ca--l+ is trying to pressure Fox atm.

I'm still waiting for that too. But didn't the "expert" guy who said kind of apologized?

That "expert" who said that about French areas admitted he was wrong earlier this week and they also issued an apology: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/erik-wemple/wp/2015/01/18/fox-news-corrects-apologizes-for-no-go-zone-remarks/

He wrote a mail to Ca--l+ to explain himself, but that's far from being enough. They won't get away with it.

Oh I didn't know, they'll probably talk about it tomorrow on the French programme that pressured them to issue an apology.

I can't believe this is allowed on American TV.

It's a sad assessment to make, but most Americans don't give 2 ****s about other countries, and especially European countries. So they couldn't care less if what they say is right or wrong.

It's called being warm and friendly. It's America. They aren't all morose, sombre and cold like European newscasters. You're criticizing smiling? Come on now. smilie8.gif
