Some people claim Tara is still doing it but if that's true she must have had some sort of transcendal reawakening in her skills around the spring of 2014 because that's when Gaga's makeup changed dramatically. And then a while back there was that random makeup artist who posted pics of Gaga on her instagram claiming the makeup work was hers. Don't know how long that lasted though. These eye/eyebrow jewels she's been sporting for a few months now are really interesting.
