You're confusing them. The food in Singapore was so disgusting, I've never seen it before. Besides that the weather is annoying, hot and humid at the same time. All people do there is shop.. I been quite bored with SG and PH since went there so often, esp Singapore since the place is really small. I have explored every nooks and crannies of it. and FYI, never visit around late mid to Late August where F1 is held. Unless you are going to attend the event ofc. So many main streets are closed and it is no fun if you enjoy riding the bus, cos riding MRT, though fast, there arent much to see except people busy with their phones or tablets.
