But honestly, why is it necessary for American movies to always have strong anti-German, anti-Russian or anti-NK propaganda? If there's a spy, or something remotely close to 'bad' - like a(n) (cyber)attack, it's always a Russian or a German that has done it. Why?

It really is unnecessary to have a movie on the assassination of a country's leader tho imo 

If it's one that is responsible for executing thousands of it's people, starving millions to death, forcing children in to labor and an endless list of other wrong doings and all of this while enjoying a luxurious life... You're saying he's a "country leader" like he deserves some respect for it when in reality I can't think of a death horrible enough to suit him. Communism around the world has killed a lot more people in concentration camps that Hitler ever did, would you ever ask if it's necessary to have movies about his atrocities?

Yeah! People need to watch this video(I think it was posted on GGD too) to get a sense of what it's like to live in N. Korea and how watching the wrong movie can get you and your whole family publicly executed.

They're not stupid, if they shoot somebody down for no reason they could have so many sanctions put on them. The Western world gives a lot of food and such every year to North Korea to stay 'friends'.

 

But I won't do anything like that, I'll ask politely when I want to take a picture, and when I'm not allowed to, I won't.

Because those have been the "bad guys" historically. So it's easier to use those in a movie. Imagine they made Dutch leaders evil in a movie. It wouldn't make much sense.

I wanted to go to South Korea, and my father wouldn't want it if we weren't going to China and North Korea too

And I think that, if you follow their rules, it's probably the safest country in the world for a tourist tbh. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Mass Games (google it ).
