Gaga should re-evaluate what she needs to do

With the way my mental health is…i gravitate towards music that makes sense to me. Like the new fob music really reaches me. It makes sense to me. They’re releasing an album that I really need to hear. I wish gaga would delve deep into her thoughts and just make another album that explores personal things. Things you’re afraid to talk about. She struggles with depression, sometimes writing something kinda sad helps you get the sad out and you’re not so sad anymore. I want songs like take me to church on the next album. That would be beautiful. 

She’s made seemingly meaningless pop music for years now. It’s time to shake it up a little. Make a rock album. Please. I’m literally begging the gods to make it happen. I just want some nice relatable chill rock music that isn’t too screamy.

Examples: take me to church, the kids aren’t alright, miss missing you, save rock and roll, heartbreak hotel, bell bottom blues

She could even go for a lorde type sound. I don’t care. I’m just sick of all this over produced, noisy, pop bull****.

Sometimes writing can be therapeutic. I've found that it can also worsen the feeling at times, too. It really depends on the person. For some people I think putting your emotions into an art form can just make you dwell on it. Maybe Gaga's like that. 

 

But yes I'd be down for a rock album. Or any kind of genre that's not dance/electronic/pop. Not that I don't like those, I'd just really like to see Gaga explore her versatility and create great music without being confined to one or two genres for her entire career.

I completely agree, but will this happen?

I've realized that I can't expect certain things from Gaga (or any musician) so I just look for another artist to get such things, plus it makes it much more special, you know? It makes you so much more broader to music and gives you a glimpse of sooooooo much material out there, I got sick of only pop music, so I started exploring and I've literally downloaded over 50 albums that I ****ing love.

She's also likely to get nowhere if she creates music that is completely commercial but doesn't speak to her. As an artist she needs to take every bump in the road and create what speaks to her. ARTPOP was so lovely because we didn't have this message aimed towards the fans, it was interesting looking into her passions and her visions, the music was far from meaningless, it's really bloody personal

To be fair, these are the 2 songs that I personally could relate to most.

 

I know it's really not easy to do so for a fan, but just let Gaga go. Trust me, it's really much easier to look out for some other artists, even the underground or forgotten ones, and life gets so easier with no attachment.
