Every single demo on SWD is perfection.<3 Ville sounds exactly like on the first album. It is raw, unpolished and atmospheric. And not to mention To happy to be alive, one of my favourite songs. All of that makes me love it maybe even more than the actual album. 

That semi-acoustic Poison girl just takes me out of this world...  One of the best things I've ever heard. 

Resurrection for me is even better than the album version.

RHIMA sounds more like a live version, cause of the keyboards and I like live version better. 

So nostalgic and beautiful these demos are.

I think Ville chose most of them. As I said to Sister, you didn't miss much. I hope someone recorded the whole thing so I can re-listen in case I missed something important. 

Jussi said from the beginning that he won't ask Ville if he has a gf or about new album, Ville briefly mentioned he's working on the songs... Jussi said he spent the night before watching Ville's interviews on youtube and "they(questions) are all the same", Ville said "but at least answers are different...or lies" lol So Jussi said ge also says different lie about the name 69 in each interview. 

They spoke about their history together, how Ville sang backing vocals for Wasting The Dawn and also Anathema^^.

They played Gas's ex band Kyyria, pretty cool, he said Gas wrote that song. Jussi asked him "are you on Instagram?" ; Ville said "no, none of those..."😒 Jussi said Gas's instagram is full of photos of food! Food and nothing else." Ville: "Well did you expect anything else?..priorities". lol

Jussi said stop teasing Gas.

They played Daniel Lioneye and Ville said it started around recording of Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights, which left "bad taste in mouth" so the side project helped them to release the stress. Jussi mentioned the same, he's doing that with The Local Band and I loved their cover "Untouched" so sexy. 

If I remember more, I'll add.

Yes this one works! He is so Beautiful!!! That is so true about Ville's world and favorite songs. It also interests me that he even played Manson and that he thinks about the time by that song. I am going to play all of those myself tonight. lol

But I meant to add, Do you think that Ville picked the songs of his that they will play and talk about next week, since he picked the songs today? I sure hope so and maybe he will play Bleed Well and Bury Me Deep Inside Your Heart!!!! I hope so at least. lol

Oh Jussi, nobody asked him how is going the new album before  maybe Ville told him he didn't want to talk abou that before he started the interview.... Do you think HIM got into a hiatus? I hope not

He mentioned Wicked Game, I think he's proud that they did the whole "pop classics turned metal/rock" before everyone...like in '96? Sweet Dreams came out in 98 and then it became a trend.

He didn't announce Pretending or KMKY, after those he started to talk about the songs they're about to play and artists. There was something about Peter Steele and Ville's fangirling, so cute.

Jussi said for next week they'll play Ville's sideprojects, even those Finnish folk songs. So they'll talk about that.

Yeah I don't think he wants to give much away, but he is working on the songs. We'll get the album soon.;)

Amazing playlist! Gonna listen to it as well.  It's interesting that they played Pretending, Ville said once that he doesn't like it. But you can't ever tell whether he is telling the truth in an interview.
