Rihanna could only do this because she had songwriting camps, where she walked in, added a few words or phrases to a handful of songs that professional songwriters had already written, and then recorded them all and sent them out. Artists that are more involved in songwriting, composing, producing, and the vision behind their music and videos don't send out an album every year. The GP bought Applause and DWUW. Gaga puts effort into her music and I do not mind waiting till 2016/17. Yes it strains her relationship with the GP and some of her fans, but give me quality over quantity anyday! In my messy era.
