I think the thing with straight guys is actually the not wanting to be involved in a drama that actually adds to this. I know guys who have heard other's b---hing about someone and they simply avoid contact with that person to avoid getting into any sort of drama.

 

Of course a lot of guys "b---h" and what not but I feel like a lot of them try to isolate the problem so they aren't involved in it.

Explains why ATRL and really, places like GGD and Exhale are such messes. Compare online fanforums that are made up of mostly females compared to online fanforums made up of mostly males and there is a distinct difference.

 

If I were an artist, I would much prefer a fanbase made up of young girls!

I still don't understand why people feel the need to bully anyway. I was terrible bullied as a kid/child and teenager and I still don't understand why they have done it at all - I never ever bullied or was mean to anyone. Like... What's wrong with human beings. Uggghhh

I think it's the upbringing. Boys are taught to be really competitive and more show-off-y. I don't feel competitive in any way tbh

there are a lot of factors, that too. but i was referring to the innate instinct of competitiveness that males have, both human and animal
