It wasn't up to her previous standards but it was still big and on track with albums like Bangerz and Prism until they decided to stop promoting it. Jazz is classier than pop. I'm a songwriter and I find it disrespectful that you find one genre classier than the other because, having written jazz and pop along with countless other genres, I find equal value in all and respect for how each one is written. I like what one interviewer said, that although her music isn't "alternative" in a traditional sense, as a "multi-media mistress" she has also done videos and other performance peices that are definitely not "mainstream" Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lol swine was the least mainstream track on the album but I guess because of its structure it is suddenly mainstream. It is pop EDM.
