It's expected to have the bulk of its sales to occur during the next year/s, which was 2010 and onwards. Also, this list isn't about the most successful albums released in this decade. It's the list of the most successful albums of the decade, i.e. the ones which sold the most in the 2010s (2010-2019) so far. There's a difference. It's the modern version of Mariah's "All I Want for Christmas".  It always picks up big sales during Christmas time.  The album is pretty good tbh.
