US economic growth for the 3rd quarter (July to September) was just revised upwards to 3.9% annualized rate after growing 4.6% in the second quarter (March to May)

Thats the best 2 quarter growth (6month period) since 2003

frik raise them dam rates already. The economy is too strong for rates at 0% dam it and its very risky to waittoo long. If they dont wanna risk getting blamed for derailing the recovery then they are too chicken to be holding a powerful position like that

Yasss Obama make that impact! Better for the economy than Bush ever was :legend:

omg u too? Obama hasnt changed that many policies. in fact because of the fiscal cliff taxes were risen and spending cut which did not help the economy in anyway.

the recovery is because imbalances that caused the crisis were currected during the recession. thats what recessions do, they correct imbalances created during boom years. thats why its cyclical. This recovery would have occured regardless of who was elected for President

The US debt and demographic problem isnt as bad as in Europe. and those are issues that dont fix themselves. and as such Europe is having a hard time recovering

The US problems were mostly imbalances. and because they have been corrected, the economy now inevitably improves
