In this one movie, they f--ked up everything by misisng out on important details and Count Olaf was just... Ohhhhhhh my god, I had no idea. I was like, who is this incredibly wise person and what are they doing here?! It was time for a new era to begin. Gaga doesn't own everything just because she sung over it. If she "leaks" it, then producers lose out on money and they probably don't give 2 ****s about how badly fans want it. Same with Interscope. Money. It all comes down to money at the end of the day and no matter how much Gaga loves us and wants to share everything, the law will ruin her for pretty much stealing from Interscope, Troy (who owns DWUW I believe), producers and writers. Money. Money. Money. Yes, but how is it she was able to play PARTYNAUSEOUS on tour if we could easily connect to the soundboard (someone did) and get the song without paying? My point is the song is already out there....she might as well release it in HQ I'm not sure how the contract works but she and Kendrick (it was originally his song I believe), probably worked out a touring rights deal. She'll probably never release it even if a soundboard leaked because it's not hers. There's a big difference between soundboard and actual studio finished product full thing. Which she doesn't own. This was what the song was about. Kendrick was just supposed to be a feature on the song since they had previously collab'd on one of Kendrick's songs that was eventually scrapped. So there's really nothing stopping her from leaking it, she's leaked countless songs of her own before and she will do it again. The closest song she has to full rights is Venus because it's self produced and self written but Interscope still paid for it to be recorded. Fernando Garibay (or whoever produced it) still owns the song partialy and Interscope still owns it too.
