I don't see why Russia needs to be attacked for that more than anyone else. In any case, it's not breaking news What make this at least worth noting is that it's the first time he's sent so many and done it of his own accord without permission of the country they're headed too. Given Russia's current standing with many other countries these past few years, doing something out of the ordinary is understandable in at least causing a modicum of concern. What's this permission thing? That's not in the articles you provided. If he's invited, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter how he arrives tbh. Always is scary/ high terror threat levels during G20, I live right in the city, just metres away from the *exclusion zone* it is crazy!!
