So some illegals from Russia and Iran can easily get their CA driver license so they can drive around without worry of the police impounding their cars. Maybe this is one of the reasons why a lot of people are voting for Republicans, because they don't like helping illegal immigrants. So starting 2015, illegal Russians and Iranians can easily get driver licenses so they can drive around without worrying about the police harassing them. I understand that, but how a person who lives in a country illegally can get a driver's licence or any other official document? Why aren't illegal Russians and Iranians simply deported from the country? Does it mean that I can cross the border of the USA illegally and live there and get a drivers licence witout a problem? What about immigrants from other countries? All illegal immigrants from almost all the countries of the world can get the CA driver license starting 2015. Under Obama's order, illegal immigrants that aren't breaking the laws are not top priority for deportation, and illegal young people that are brought here by their parents can apply for the Dream Act ID card that would exempt them from deportation. Thanks all of these because of Obama. Technically, yes you can get a CA driver license if you come here illegally. Here's how to do it. Make sure you bring with you your country's passport and birth certificate and get a cellphone bill with your name & CA address. With that three documents you can get a CA driver license starting 2015. Thanks to the liberal Governor and CA state legislators.
