Michael 533
That's so sad and tragic. :( R.I.P. to the pilot who lost his life.
Willy Wonka 4
How unfortunate... I don't know what your original comment on my quote was, but I do apologize. My comment came off rather poorly and apathetic. This is obviously devastating to the families of the pilot and co-pilot and very rough on everyone involved. The planned space performance or the title of first performer in space should be the last thing on anyone's mind at this point.

The planned space performance or the title of first performer in space should be the last thing on anyone's mind at this point. I appreciate you for seeing that on your own. When this tragedy happened, I wasn't even thinking about Gaga's little space performance. There is more at stake here than entertainment from space. My condolences to the families of the test pilots... Not sure how Virgin Galactic could recover from this... Stand in the light, cast your shadow. Nemo 4,414
Not sure how Virgin Galactic could recover from this...I know of no space programs that don't have losses like this. And usually they carry on. It's a dangerous business, and everyone knew that going in.Part of Richard Branson's statement yesterday:"This was the latest part of an extensive test flight program, and the 55th time SpaceShipTwo had flown. It was WhiteKnightTwo’s 173rd flight and the 35th time SpaceShipTwo had flown freely. ... Space is hard - but worth it. We will persevere and move forward together." craig 680
omg so pissed. So no space performance FOR THE NEXT ALBUM'S PROMO. Gaga can go for the thrill if she likes, but don't expect it to be great promo. Going to space hasn't been a massive TV event in several decades. It could produce backlash too. People thinking space tourism by the super-rich is extravagant, contributes to global warming, and that space should be for science.
