Virgin Galactic Spacecraft Crash

Fixed title.

The title needs to be fixed further, I thought Gaga was chickening out after the crash news. The wording needs to place the blame on Virgin.

Suggestion: "Virgin Galactic now non-operational until 2024; Gaga unable to perform in space next year"

Condolences to those affected by the death of those involved

It's a shame because I was excited for this performance but safety always comes first so I'm glad that it's being put back and rigorously tested before being put into action.

I always thought it would be a bad idea to do the flight...

ANOTHER BETRAYAL

....

this, of all betrayals, is reasonable.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

Apparently Virgin Galactic have announced that they will not take anyone to space for at least 10 more years meaning no Gaga performance.

I don't know where people are getting this, but it's not from any official sources I've seen. Nor does it make any sense. They may or may not keep their planned schedule, but they're not going to arbitrarily adopt a ten-year delay. There's no logic to that.

Note to OP:

there is no proof that Gaga's mission was scrubbed in what you posted, therefore it's only your opinion and not actual true reported news.

I changed your thread title and will be placing this in World News instead.

But experts have already explained that this will push things back.  I wouldn't blame them..

I agree with what some have said about the fact we should not just say she shouldn't still do it.

The first plane being flown wasn't a complete success, but, over time it was perfected (mostly). The same could be said with cars, we all (MOST) drive cars or ride in them, yet, there is still a chance of a fatal death.

Of course I'd like them to perfect this mission more before Gaga goes, but, I don't think it means she should not go at all.

RIP to the person who died.
