(Even among non-Islamists) Who else but you... even when non-muslim kills it's muslims' fault. IS are evil, no doubt about that, but these individual killings most likely have nothing to do with their videos, it's more like obsession with horror movies or Halloween. Didn't you read about teens dressed as evil clowns scaring or beating up random people in France and Sweden? That movie Anabelle "inspired" many people to act like lunatics all over the world, it's a trend.
