In her Stern interview she said that she's totally OK with taking pics with fans on the street and stuff. Case in point: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6jHwknJ3io She is autographing stuff for fans during her Jimmy Kimmel stint, face visible (albeit with paint). She takes pics and engages with them.
