I remember talking to my friends that are monsters too a lot about her. We knew she was suffering from depression but it was hard to understand why all the plans for ARTPOP seem to unravel at the same time. We wondered where her fighting spirit had gone and what she was holding from us. During the hip blackout I kinda felt 'relieved' a bit not 'having' to check GGD and twitter every day, assuming Gaga was in a good place, healing slowly but steadily surrounded by love. Never expected she would be let down by people and be rushed into ARTPOP promo when she was physically and as it later turned out, mentally not ready. From February 2013-Late July 2013 she was completely out of the music industry, that's what really hurt her career..... To me personally, I thought the DWUW blackout was worse in retrospect. edit: Looking back at both, I can't equate which one is worse. Like, the DWUW blank spot was bad and out of nowhere, but at least she kept in contact with each us. That said, she definitely was in a pretty difficult place, probably just as bad or even worse than the Hip blackout. It's kind of terrifying to see the connections between both, and how much the DWUW blank spot was pretty much a residual aftereffect of the Hip blackout. 3 points in and ready for more Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Everybody was being so dramatic and this site got excited over every little thing (i.e. the truth is in the red lipstick).
