Luiz 4,253 Posted October 27, 2014 Share Posted October 27, 2014 so what happens if we deport him? he will just come back. if we deport him to mexico will they lock him up? their government is corrupt as **** and i dont know mexican laws but they probably dont have jurisdiction to prosecute him for this anyways so we basically just would be letting him free. and even if he doesnt come back to the US this psycho killer asshole will be killing people in mexico. do we just say "**** mexican lives they dont count. MERRICA!"? **** that they're human beings just like us. and how much money does it take to prosecute someone and lock him up? millions right? california has like 50 million people living in it and millions of tax payers. how much would it take out of your pocket to lock up this murderer? 3 bucks? if someone asked you on the street to donate 3 bucks to save a couple lives you would do it even if they were mexican lives right? come on do you want to prevent a few murders or buy a big mac? the way i see it we have a couple options. we could let him go back into mexico and just come right back the the US or stay in mexico(doubt it) and kill people there or we can say "we have a murderer in custody and rather than releasing him to murder again we can lock his ass in a cage. if you're for letting him go back into mexico to possibly murder mexicans then maybe you value the lives of mexicans just as much as this crazy murdering asshole valued the lives of those police officers. alright that last sentence was a bit much but someone tell me if i'm wrong over here I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it. The Mexican government doesn't want to waste millions of $ to prosecute him when the crime happened in American soil and the defense lawyer will easily ask the Mexican judge for motion to dismiss. Then that illegal killer can cross the border illegally into the U.S. and killed again. I have a suggestion that we put this killer into a cell with some Black Guerilla Family members then we'll find him dead the next day. No more $ wasted on illegal immigrant killer. About spending only $3 to try and house this killer. There are over 100K prisoners in CA so that's $300K in taxes for each person to bear. We need cheap alternatives to kill off these killers asap. Check out this article on the prison population. is every prisoner in Ca a killer immigrant? maybe the issue isnt finding a way to better "kill off" prisoners, maybe the solution is adjusting the laws a bit to where less non violent offenders end up in prison in the first place for little crap like marijuana or something. we have a lot of problems in california and focusing on the punishment for crimes isnt getting to the source of the issue which is an even bigger issue that i really am not educated enough to speak on. so many damn issues contribute to the size of our prison population and i dont know where to start and i have class soon so blah w/e. It's nobody's fault that the US system is made to spend millions on a single trial. And let's nor forget all the stupid things that could lend you on jail. You're incarceration rate is like 10 times higher than counties like Germany, UK or France(China too and that's a communist country where you go to jail for ridiculous things). If y'all spend these money on something nice like health care or paid maternity leave rather than filling your already overpopulated prisons it will be much better and we won't debating is it the best to deport him, or spend gazillion $ to send him in jail, or kill him with stones on the towns square...
