Mills 446
Kind of surprised that Four hasn't hit platinum yet (even though it didn't have any smash singles of longevity) It's been selling above the 6k mark every week ever since Zayn left the group. Four sold over 13,400 for the past two weeks alone, reflecting an almost 65% increase compared to its sales during the first two weeks of March. If it continues to sell at least 6k for the next 8 weeks, it would pass 1M before its first full year since its release. But before they'd be able to do that, it seems another band will hit the 1M mark first in the race before the 1st year anniversary of the album release - Maroon 5's V, an album filled with hit singles. And to think V was released months before Four shows how the singles really made a huge difference.

Mills 446
Why the thread for updated Gaga's US sales is here now?I mean it's a messall the artists are "mixed" here..Hello, Vivi! As the thread title suggests, this thread serves as the database of the latest Nielsen Music-reported record sales of the leading artists including, but not limited to, Lady Gaga - hence the thread of Gaga's updated US sales has been merged here. We encourage everyone to use this thread to post the latest Nielsen Music-reported sales of any artist one may find, instead of creating a new thread every time a sales update has been made public. This is being done, not really for all artists' stats to be "mixed" here per se and make things 'messy', but rather to make it easier and more convenient for our members in general to track their favorite artists' US record sales in one database and in a more organized and chronicled way (i.e. the dates when updates have been released are shown and reflected by the dates of the posts), as opposed to going from one thread to another just to track down the sales of whoever they want to follow.
