The comment I posted was related to the article I posted, which does talk about this topic. They don't monitor people for reading stuff on internet here where I live. You might see it as excuse, but I assure you it's not. I just want this to end and get to the root of the problem. Like why is this happening and how can we stop it? I don't think the solution is to arrest or monitor every single Muslim and spread fear that everyone who follows the religion is potential terrorist. There is a lot more to it than that. In these days, you don't even need to purchase it, mosques could give it for free or you can read all of it on Internet or from the apps. They get into the religion without knowledge. They see IS type of propaganda on Internet, they first tell them don't listen to the scholars - they're paid by the governments and kings. Then they show them all the sufferings and killings of 13 years of those who they consider brothers and sisters in Middle East. And then they inspire them by taking religious texts out of context. They go there to fight for that cause, to defend the defenceless. They're searching for someone to blame and since Western governments invaded those countries some of them bring portion of that violence back. Violence produces more violence.
