And many people clearly are doubting the female victim who has much more to lose and believing the powerful male whos career probably wont be affected by this. It has nothing to do with liking Kesha or disliking katy (wtf?), its about giving the victim the benefit of the doubt. Of course the general rule is 'innocent until proven guilty' but with instances of s-xual abuse i think its different, its damaging to people who have been through s-xual abuse to fear that if they bring it up then they will be accused of lying and nothing will come of it, so i believe with cases like these, until the final verdict is given, the victim should be given the benefit of the doubt. plus, he is/was basically in charge of her whole career, he could/can ruin her in this industry, so no wonder it took a long time for her to come forward. If it can happen to Gaga it can happen to Kesha, and I really don't think Gaga made Swine just for fun! I believe Kesha wholeheartedly, and it's so scary that the music industry is probably rife with cases like these! :cry: :emo: I'm so proud of Kesha for being able to come out with something so difficult! I agree. The saddest thing is that there are probably many victims who dare not to speak about these experiences.
