If his work was good, ARTPOP would have had a greater chart performance. His productions have no "soul". He makes easy POP music, but it lacks in substance and freshness. While his work on BTW was amazing because she had a clear sound for the album on her head, ARTPOP was all over the place and had no direction whatsoever. I think some of her producers left or sued Gaga, but DJWS, Zedd and RedOne didn't and they still stay for her. She must really appreciate it. Can't wait for new pop album!!! And it's FAIR because she can't just ditch him like that. This. He'll probably produce a few songs (and co-write/co-produce) but I hope she focuses on new producers.
